Shipping Container Sales

Returns

Due to the size, nature, and logistics involved in shipping containers, returns are generally not accepted once a container has been delivered, except in cases outlined below.

Eligible Refunds

A refund may be considered if:

  • The delivered container does not match the agreed specifications or condition stated at the time of purchase, and

  • We are notified within 24 hours of delivery, and

  • The container has not been altered, used, or relocated after delivery.

Each case is reviewed individually.

Non-Refundable Costs

The following costs are non-refundable:

  • Delivery and transportation fees

  • Handling or loading fees

  • Costs related to failed or refused delivery

Shipping Container Rentals

Rental Payments

  • Rental fees are charged based on the agreed rental period

  • Once a rental period has begun, rental payments are non-refundable

Cancellations

  • Rental orders canceled before delivery may be eligible for a partial refund

  • Delivery or administrative fees may still apply

Early Termination

  • Early return of a rental container does not automatically qualify for a refund

  • Any applicable refunds are at our discretion and based on the rental agreement

Damages & Condition

Customers are responsible for maintaining containers in reasonable condition during rental or after delivery.

  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair charges

  • Containers must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after approval

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

Delivery Issues

If delivery cannot be completed due to site inaccessibility, absence of a responsible party, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer:

  • Additional delivery or re-attempt fees may apply

  • Refunds are not guaranteed
